FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Anyone can request access to Southeastern’s storefront.  A Corporate US Bank card is required for payment of your order. To obtain login credentials or if you forgot your password, contact Southeastern Client Services.

New users: To request access to Storefront, send an email to Southeastern Client Services. A Corporate US Bank card is required for payment of your order.

Established users:

To access website: http://www.fpl-nexteraenergy.myseprintstore.com/

Sample formats for User Name and Password: Please note the format is case-sensitive and is usually the same as your email address. Below are possible formats:

Username : Firstname.Lastname@FPL.com or Firstname_Lastname@FPL.com or Firstname.Lastname@Nexteraenergy.com

Password: Firstname.Lastname or Firstname_Lastname

To change your password: For security purposes, you'll need to change your password after you have logged in to your account. Please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to ‘Account’ > 'User Information'
2. Enter New Password in both "Password" and "Confirm Password" fields.
3. Click "Save" Make sure to retain a copy of your password. You will need it for later reference.

Forgot password: use provided 'forgot your password?' button located on the logon page. You will receive an email with instructions.

If your order is more that your existing credit limit, your supervisor will need to request to increase your limit. Email should be sent to AP-Travel.SharedMailbox@nexteraenergy.com
We are continuously expanding the selection of products, if you need to place an order that does not appear as an option, please click on the "Special Projects Price Request" category button.

1. Right-click an open area on the desktop, point to New, and then click Shortcut.

2. Click Browse.

3. Copy and paste the following URL into field http://www.fpl-nexteraenergy.myseprintstore.com/ then click Next.

4. Type a name for the shortcut, Southeastern Printing Storefront. A Finish button will appear at the bottom of the dialog box, click it.

HOW TO'S

For order cancellation, please send an email request to FPLstorefront@seprint.com, Include order number and reason for cancellation. Please DO NOT send cancellation request in the "Comments" box of a new order.
Click on the 'Account' > 'Messages & Receipts' button located on the top navigation to search your past or recent transaction receipts.

1. Right-click an open area on the desktop, point to New, and then click Shortcut.

2. Click Browse.

3. Copy and paste the following URL into field http://www.fpl-nexteraenergy.myseprintstore.com then click Next.

4. Type a name for the shortcut, Southeastern Printing Storefront. A Finish button will appear at the bottom of the dialog box, click it.

1. Click on desired category

2. Click on desired product/item

3. Click ‘Create New’ Button.

4. Then complete fields if applicable. (if not applicable please skip to step 5) Then click ‘Save’ button. At this time a proof will be generated for your review.

5. Select desired quantity of Order Quantity dropdown field.

6. Click ‘Add To Order’ button

7. Click “Continue Shopping” link at the bottom of the page or “Products” to add more items to your order. If you have completed your order simply click “Check Out” Button.

8. Complete required field(s) Mail Stop, Business Unit. Add any Comments and/or Cost Element and Cost Element Number if any which are optional fields.

9. Click ‘Check Out’ button

10. As a first time user you will be prompted to enter and save your shipping address. Click ‘Save’ button once you enter shipping address.

a) This information will be saved on your account for future orders. Next time, all you will have to do is select address from drop down menu.

11. Click ‘Continue’ button. Select shipper from drop down selections.

12. Click ‘Continue’ button.

13. Enter credit card number and expiration date.

14. Select billing address from drop down menu options. If your billing address does not appear on drop down option, please enter it on provided fields and click ‘Save’ button. Then click ‘Continue’ button.

15. Review your order carefully then click ‘Submit’ button.

1. Click on ‘Completed’ orders link, located on bottom right corner of home page.

2. Click of order ‘ID’ of desired order.

3. Check ‘Favorite Order?’ box that appears on the bottom left side of screen.

4. Enter name on how you would like to identity this favorite order as.

5. Click ‘Save as Favorite’ button.

6. Your favorite order will now be available on the home page by clicking ‘Favorite Orders’ link located on the bottom right corner of home page.

All items on storefront are delivered in 7-10 business days. If quicker time is needed, please contact fplstorefront@seprint.com. Also, if you are shipping to Juno Beach Headquarters, please select "Local Delivery - Juno Beach Only" on your shipper options. ALL locations outside Juno Beach will ship UPS.
If you don't find the item you are looking for on the storefront, please place a special request by going to the Special Project Request Category. Complete the form as best you can. Upon receipt, a sales account executive will contact you for further details.

You should order only stationery and business cards bearing the name or logo of the company that employs you. Any exceptions to this policy require prior executive approval. If you have any doubts as to the company that employs you, refer to your last pay statement.

Random audits of stationery and business card orders are conducted to ensure compliance with this policy and with the brand standards found on http://eweb/brands. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Marketing & Communication at Brand@NextEraEnergy.com

1. Address is not recognized by UPS system. (Ensure that you are entering address how it appears on US database)

2. Order over 150lbs will not display UPS shipping options. (Please separate your order or contact us for special shipping arrangements.)

3. UPS System connection may be down. (Logoff and return later, system may be up again)

If you need to order stationery or business cards for a vice president (or higher) titled employee and you don't have access to executive stationery categories, please e-mail Suzanne at FPLstorefront@seprint.com for access to executive stationery ordering options.
